Search Instructions for Special Assessments:
Select PROPERTY ID, SITE ADDRESS 1, OR OWNER NAME from the drop down menu below.

To search by PROPERTY ID enter the parcel number from the tax bill in the following format:
• If one alpha in parcel number – enter two spaces before letter
• If two alphas in parcel number – enter one space before letters
To search by SITE ADDRESS 1 enter the house number followed by the street name (example: 231 BARON). Do not include st, ct, ave, etc.
To search by OWNER NAME enter last name, one space, first name (example: SMITH JOHN)
